The entire 'Posthus' property is a smoke-free vacation home, meaning all apartments are strictly non-smoking. We therefore ask for your understanding that smoking is not permitted in the apartments or hallways (even with the window open). Violations will automatically result in significant additional cleaning costs of €400 to €500, which the tenant is responsible for. Keeping animals in the apartments is strictly prohibited. If you are unable to start your agreed vacation, please notify us as soon as possible. If the apartment is rented out to someone else for the agreed period, the rent you pay will be reduced accordingly, less a flat-rate fee of €95 for expenses.
